‘Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.’ Mark 11:24

Faith is actually not just believing that God WILL do it. This is very nice, but it is called HOPE. Hope believes very strongly that God will do it. Faith is believing that the Lord has ALREADY done it, even if it has not manifested yet.

Faith and grace are not excuses for mediocrity. Rather, they are the reason we know we have to work harder and longer than everyone else, be better and more excellent than them, and achieve more than everyone else – because we actually have the grace to do it!

Faith is not believing that God will give us the power to do it. Faith is believing that God HAS already given us the power to do it, and ACTING because we already have the power!

Faith is an action, and focused action is called WORK.

The Bible tells us that faith without works (focused action) is dead, for this reason. (James 2:26)

Faith without a corresponding (focused) action is dead. Faith without any action or work at all (even if it is just confessing what you believe) is dead. It’s called HOPE. Hope is very good, but it does not receive. Faith is what RECEIVES a manifestation of what you are hoping for. That is why it is called the SUBSTANCE of things HOPED for – Hebrews 11:1.

You have this awesome idea – what have you done about it? Have you written down your plans, have you taken the first and next step in your plans?

Have you taken any action?

Where is your faith?

Put it to work!

CONFESSION

I am full of the Word of God, and faith. I am full of the blessings and manifestations of the power of God in my life, because my faith is working. I am acting on my faith, and I am receiving the rewards in my life. I am more than a conqueror in Christ and in life, surpassing my goals and plans, in Jesus Name!

MORE LIGHT (MEDITATE ON, AND PRAY WITH THESE)

Hebrews 11:1 AMPC’ NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].’

Hebrews 11:6 ESV And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

2 Corinthians 5:7 ESV For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Mark 11:22-24 ESV And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours
