Habits are powerful. Someone said we create habits, but they end up creating our whole lives for us.
Habits are repeated actions. We decide, knowingly or unknowingly to take the actions we take. However, when the actions are repeated without being stopped, we become almost completely powerless to stop them.
Good or bad, it has become a habit.
Psychologists have studied habits for decades. They have noticed that most of our behaviours are products of habits. In fact, our differing PERSONALITIES or TEMPERAMENTS are simply a collection of the habits we have allowed to grow.
90% of our results in life depend on our personality, and our personality depends almost fully on our habits.
Most of the time, we do not know when this is happening. However, our personality grows to be the sum of these habits.
