The Bible tells us that there remaineth a rest to the true people of God.

The Amplified version says ‘There remains a rest to the TRUE people of God.’

First of all, what does it mean to live in the rest of God?

The rest of God means being comforted and joyful, full of faith and moving forward every single time, no matter the challenges coming against you.

Now, the true people of God are the ones with the present hour reality of rest.

What does it mean though to be the ‘true’ people of God?

In the Gospel of John, the Bible says,

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the TRUE worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.‭ (John 4:23).

In other words, the true worshippers (or the true people of God) are those who worship God is spirit and in truth.

So, how does one worship God in spirit and in truth?

We worship God in Spirit and in truth by offering him our whole lives in sincerity from our spirits.

So, when we offer our whole lives to God, we are comforted and joyful, full of faith and moving forward every single time, no matter the challenges coming against you.

You shall live in rest!
