The 7 Major Secrets of Success 6 – Giving and Forgiving

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. John 6:38
Giving and forgiving are very important parts of the basic foundations of success. The Word says ‘Give and it will be given unto you’. In other words, you actually always receive when you give.
When people hear the word giving, the first thing that comes to mind is money. However, there are so many other things that you can give.
You can give through prayers, help, lending a listening ear or spending time with someone without wanting anything in return, etc. Forgiveness is a powerful seed you can give. You can also give to God through your obedience to Him, volunteering for free in the house of God, spreading the Gospel to others, etc.
You do not need to be rich to give. There actually is so much you can give.
In life, we are like farmers. If you do not give (plant) your seeds into the soil, your harvest might not come. You need to plant (give) to receive a harvest.
Proverbs 11:24-25 One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.
Opening of doors starts with sowing of seeds. Let the Spirit of the Lord guide you on what type of seed you need to sow, and where.
Plan your giving. Also save too. Number 1 on our list of 7 Major Secrets of Success is Never-ending improvement. It showed us that you have learn new principles of success and put them to work constantly. Giving, forgiving, and saving funds are all very important activities you have to be consistent in, in order to be a success. Let them always be part of your budget, even if it’s a little.

CONFESSION
I am a giver. I know it’s more blessed to give than receive, and I do not hold back from God or from men. I am blessed and awesomely favored, I am getting the blessings from all my givings of the past, and I am being lifted up to awesome heights in Christ.
